The Beautiful Mind Foundation (TBM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to normalizing mental health conversations and supporting those facing mental health challenges. We believe every mind is unique, powerful, and deserving of compassion. Our goal is to improve quality of life by advocating for inclusivity, providing educational resources, and creating safe spaces where everyone feels valued and understood.

As the visionary behind Redome Wellness, Julissa pioneers integrative well-being by seamlessly blending traditional and alternative therapies. With an unwavering commitment to dismantling the stigmas behind Mental Health.

Julissa champions accessible support systems for all. Through her work, she fosters a culture of kindness, understanding, and inclusivity, inspiring
positive change and empowering individuals to thrive.

Compassionate leader with a unique blend of experience in the fashion industry and a passion for mental health advocacy. A Queens, New York native, John brings over 20 years of expertise in navigating complex situations and building strong relationships. Known for his empathetic approach, engaging personality, and problem-solving skills, John creates a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive. With a gift for connecting with others and fostering open dialogue, John is dedicated to advancing the foundation's mission and promoting mental wellness in the community.

Dedicated Treasurer of The Beautiful Mind (TBM) Foundation, leveraging her extensive accounting expertise to support the organization's mission. With over 20 years of experience managing finances for medical offices and businesses, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge to the foundation.


Her passion for helping others and commitment to mental health advocacy
drive her work with TBM, as she strives to make a positive impact on the
lives of those affected by mental health issues.

Luisa Perez, MD, is a distinguished internal medicine physician and founder of Godwin Medical PC, a thriving medical practice in New York. As Medical Director, Dr. Perez is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Beyond her medical expertise, Dr. Perez has a deep passion for mental health advocacy, recognizing the critical role it plays in overall wellbeing. As a board member of the Beautiful Mind TBM Foundation, she is committed to supporting initiatives that promote mental health awareness, education, and support. Through her work with TBM, Dr. Perez aims to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health issues. She is also an active member of Somos Community Care and the American College of Physicians, and serves as a Civil Surgeon Physician for Homeland Security. Additionally, Dr. Perez holds leadership roles, including President of the Dominican Medical and Dental Society of New York.

community impact. With a background in healthcare and communications,
she bridges compassion with strategy to expand access to wellness
resources.

Through her work, Xiara champions mental health awareness, dismantles
stigma, and fosters a culture of understanding and support. Guided by her
passion for helping others, she is committed to empowering individuals and
strengthening communities to thrive.

Dedicated mental health advocate with The Beautiful
Mind Foundation and Somos Community Care. He expands access to care
in underserved communities, connecting individuals to vital health
services as a certified NY State of Health Assistor. HIPAA trained and
skilled in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care, Hendry
promotes compassionate, culturally competent support. His work fosters
awareness, safe spaces, and stigma-free conversations around mental
health, driving lasting change and resilience across New York.

As a New York City native with over 20 years of experience in the medical field, Adriana is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. With a strong emphasis on empathy, she has had the privilege of making a positive impact in her community. Her passion lies in addressing the whole person—their physical, mental, and social well-being. She is honored to be part of a mental health foundation that shares her values, working together to create a supportive environment for those in need.
